The Family Promise

Safety tech for kids is a trust business. Here is our contract.

Plenty of apps will sell you surveillance. We won't. PrivacyPal Family exists to protect two things at once: your child, and your relationship with your child. These five promises are how, and each one names the mechanism that makes it true.

1

Guardrails, not surveillance

You will never read your child's AI conversations through PrivacyPal, and neither will we. Parents get signals: which tools were used, what got protected, and how the emotional weather looks. Kids get privacy for their words. That line is structural, not a setting a worried night can flip.

mechanism · wellbeing runs on-device, transcripts are never uploaded or displayed
2

Their identity never leaves home

Names, school, address, health details: swapped with a safe stand-in on the device itself, before anything is sent, across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, and Grok. Zero bytes of real identity to AI providers. In our internal benchmark, remembered personal values never reached a provider, measured value by value.

mechanism · Privacy Twins + on-device interception, ~340ms average
3

Erase means erase

What AI remembers about your family lives in a vault only your family can unlock. Hit erase and the keys are destroyed: every copy of that memory, everywhere, becomes unreadable noise, even work still in flight. This is contract-tested behavior, not a request we file with AI companies.

mechanism · crypto-shredding, tested including mid-flight erasure
4

Kids see what parents see

No hidden agents, no stealth mode. Your child's app shows them exactly what Parent HQ shows you, at every age stage. Safety tools that hide from kids teach kids to hide. Ours teaches them how thoughtful digital boundaries work, because they can inspect the boundary themselves.

mechanism · the child view renders from the same data Parent HQ reads
5

It grows up, then it lets go

Explorer, Navigator, Pilot: guardrails loosen as kids earn trust, and wherever AI shows up next (pockets, glasses, whatever follows) the same quiet protection follows them. At 18, the account and every key hand over to them. Protection was always theirs; we were just holding it with you.

mechanism · age stages with graduated permissions + on-device design that travels
Who is behind this

The people companies trust with their secrets

PrivacyPal builds the on-device privacy layer that hundreds of companies use to keep their most sensitive data out of AI providers' hands. Family is the same team and the same zero-knowledge architecture, pointed at the people we love most.

Zero-knowledge by default

PrivacyPal never sees your family's unencrypted data. Not our servers, not our staff, not ever.

We publish mechanisms, not marketing numbers

Every claim on this site names the technology behind it. If we can't name the mechanism, we don't make the claim.

Your family is not the product

We sell software for $9.99 a month. We do not sell data, run ads, or train models on your kids. There is nothing to monetize but your subscription, on purpose.
